You participate at your own risk and are responsible for exercising within your own physical limits.

4. Payment

Prices are shown on our home page and are payable in advance. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details. All prices are stated in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise noted.

5. Your responsibilities

To get results from the programme you agree to follow the plan provided, complete your daily and weekly check-ins, and communicate honestly with your coach. Guarantees offered on the home page are conditional on you completing the required actions of the programme.

6. Intellectual property

All training plans, nutrition guides, materials and content provided as part of the Service are owned by us and are for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or share them without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
